A Gathering for Curious Minds

What: A forum to spark creative engagement between like-minded people. A place where we can challenge our fundamental beliefs and explore new ways of thinking.

How: We screen two short TED Talk videos relevant to the session’s main theme with a post-discussion lead by a Nairobi-resident expert on the topic.

This month’s speaker is Tombo Banda who spoke at TED’s climate Countdown event in 2023 regarding how to make mini-grids, or localized renewable energy systems, more profitable and therefore scalable.

Date: Saturday November 23rd, 2024 10am - 12pm
Location: Westgate Cinema, Westgate Mall Nairobi, 2nd Floor, up the escalator, meet in the cinema lobby

Coffee table chats: a chance to continue the conversation over coffee after the main session finishes with a table of 8 attendees. A great way to make new connections!
