The Federation of Drivers and Conductors (FEDCO), is a society group established with a noble mission to uplift and support drivers, riders, and conductors in Kenya's public service transport sector. This award show will push to boost the morale of PSV workers, affirm their career, and lifestyle choices as they earn a living from the industry, to appreciate their contribution, concretise their place in society, and well-meaning contributors.  A peer-led and driven awards ceremony that will showcase, the best of the best in matatu culture, fashion, organizations, and even their skill set.
This event is a PSV Awards Ceremony targeting all PSV Drivers, Riders, and Conductors in Nairobi and the entire country on their Wellness and Capacity Building improvement in the areas of customer engagement while trying to demystify the work of the industry. It forms part of the ongoing campaigns that aim to address the alarming rate of road traffic accidents caused by mental breakdown, drugs, and substance abuse and urging for behavioral change in the country by promoting responsible road use, encouraging and awarding drivers, riders, and conductors, and fostering a culture of great mental wellness and safer roads.

This event has already passed
